All leaders and ministry participants are invited to a special Church Leadership Day—a time of reflection, learning, and visioning as we seek to faithfully follow Christ’s call in our congregation and community.
Although making disciples is the clear mission of the Church, many churches—ours included—recognize that forming disciples who also form others remains one of our greatest challenges. We believe God is calling us to return to the heart of our purpose: to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
At this gathering, we’ll explore what it means to make a “180 Turn”—realigning our life and leadership around five essential shifts that move us back toward a faithful culture of discipleship. Grounded in Lutheran theology and centered on grace, Scripture, and the work of the Spirit, these shifts will help guide how we live out our calling with greater clarity and purpose.

· Small group conversations
· Practical steps for leaders in all ministry areas
· Time for renewal, encouragement, and connection
· A delicious lunch and good fellowship!
